New toys are on display this week in Las Vegas at the annual Licensing Expo. Meanwhile, some of the coolest toy stores around the valley continue to welcome shoppers of all ages.
🎃 Nightmare Toys
Don't be scared. Nightmare Toys sells all sorts of horror-themed items in the Arts District, from Halloween-worthy costumes to t-shirts and autographed collectibles. Action figures are the main draw, including harder-to-find, limited-edition items.
🧱 Bricks and Minifigs
Bricks and Minifigs buys, sells, and trades all items related to Legos. You can even pick up a few spare parts, including those little mini-figures, to finish off your Lego masterpiece.
🃏 Meepleville
Meepleville is the first board cafe cafe in Las Vegas. Guests pay $10 and play from a library of more than 600 games while enjoying drinks and snacks. It’s also a retail shop with new and old favorites for sale.
💋 Rogue Toys
For those still captivated by last year’s Barbie craze, Rogue Toys is one of the best places to track down classic collectibles related to the iconic doll brand. Some items even date back to the ‘60s. Choose between three locations in Vegas, which are well-stocked with plenty of macho stuff too — like Transformers and G.I. Joe action figures.
🇯🇵 Manga Hole
Chinatown has more than great restaurants. Manga Hole specializes in manga (Japanese comics and graphic novels) and anime collectibles. The boutique also sells imported plushies, art, designer toys, and more.
