Las Vegas might not be surrounded by lush green farmland, but believe it or not, the Vegas Valley is something of a farmers market hot spot — we’ve got at least one market taking place every day here. To help us navigate all this bounty, host Dayvid Figler sits down with food entrepreneur Kris Wilson, who sells bread at markets around the valley. Kris tells us how farmers markets in Vegas are different from other cities, which markets to check out, and what to buy there.
