For a desert city, Las Vegas has surprisingly fresh fish. Combine that with our supply of international culinary talent, and you’ve got all the ingredients for an amazing Japanese food scene. From the extravagant luxury dining of the Strip to simpler fare like noodles and curry bowls, Las Vegas has it all.
