Starting on January 1, a whole bunch of minor traffic offenses (like broken tail lights and expired vehicle registrations) will become decriminalized — so what does that mean for Nevadans? Dayvid sits down with Leisa Moseley, Nevada State Director at the Fines and Fees Justice Center, to talk about how criminal punishments for small traffic offenses can snowball into bigger (and much more expensive) issues, and how the passage of AB 116 could actually make our streets safer.
