How a Golf Course Became the Largest Affordable Housing Project in Nevada
Recently, the Desert Pines Redevelopment Project, an affordable housing project on the former East Las Vegas golf course that will be the largest in state history, was approved with funding by the State Infrastructure Bank. To explain how this project will impact Las Vegas, State Treasurer Zach Conine joins co-host Dayvid Figler to break down their office’s approach to Nevada’s housing crisis.
