👻 AREA15 Gets Bigger
AREA15 unveils its second campus, officially “Zone 2 - The Terminals,” with the opening of Universal Horror Unleashed (a year-round haunted attraction) on August 14, along with new bars, food trucks, and the beginning of what will be the largest festival art collection of its kind in the world. AREA15 is also offering $15 Level One tickets online through August 13 (code FIFTEEN) and introducing autonomous Zoox shuttles to get around.

🎭 Shots with Shakespeare
Shotspeare comes to The Space with a presentation of “Titus Andronicus” August 30-31. Watch one of Shakespeare’s most popular stage plays in a whole new way with a heavy focus on booze and audience participation.

😋 Special Eats and Treats
Vegas has some enticing special-event dinners throughout the month, including:
- Amari celebrates two years at UnCommons with a special happy hour of $2 bites on August 1, followed by additional discounts through August 8.
- Sparrow + Wolf welcomes the Latin cuisine of Fauna for a collaboration dinner Aug. 3.
- Al Solito Posto hosts a six-course James Trees Birthday Dinner on August 11 with food representing the chef’s restaurants, including Esther’s Kitchen, Ada’s, Bar Boheme, and the upcoming High Steaks.
- Durango Social Club debuts on weekends this month, featuring seasonal tasting menus by Other Mama’s Dan Krohmer.
- Stubborn Seed has a multicourse collaboration dinner between two “Top Chef” winners: Jeremy Ford and Mei Lin on August 27. Alumni from the culinary competition have a strong presence in Vegas.

The Las Vegas Distillery is celebrating Rum Week August 13-17 with cocktails, food, rum-focused tours, classes, and a special dark rum release.
